Amita is a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) who has been helping people heal, grow, and reclaim their lives since 2014. As a first-generation South Asian therapist, Amita deeply understands the struggles of cultural transitions and the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities. Her work is driven by a genuine passion to help individuals from all walks of life, including adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, survivors of domestic violence, parents, refugees, first responders, veterans and military members. She offers a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they work through their most difficult challenges.
